All delivery charges are given at the time of ordering. Mainland delivery charges apply to most UK mainland addresses.
European delivery charges apply to the following countries and areas: Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Orkney Islands, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Luxemburg, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Deliveries will be made 3 to 5 working days from clearance of payment.
Large domestic appliances are delivered straight from the manufacturer and can take from to 5 to 7 days from clearance of payment to arrive.
Deliveries to mainland Europe can take up to 10 days to arrive.
Delivery dates are approximate only and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of goods.
If delivery is delayed for more than 14 days, you have the right to cancel your order and AJ Electronics will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
You will need to sign for your DVD player on delivery.

If you aren’t happy with your DVD player, you can contact AJ Electronics within seven days of delivery and cancel your order for a refund (minus delivery costs and a 15% administration fee).
Your DVD player must be in an “as new”, resalable condition or it will be returned to you and an additional delivery charge will be made
If your DVD player is damaged when it arrives, or you receive the wrong goods, you must make a note on the consignment paperwork and notify AJ Electronics within seven days of delivery.
If your DVD player doesn’t arrive, you must notify AJ Electronics within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
