Buying a DVD Player from Comet

With Comet, you only pay one delivery charge even if multiple items are ordered. There are several delivery services to choose from, each requiring a signature on delivery.
Only the Basic Free Delivery and Small Product Delivery services are applicable to ordering a DVD player:
Small Product Delivery (All day): This service is available on weekdays and you can specify the delivery date but your DVD player may arrive at any time between 7am to 6pm. The items will be delivered by Parcel Force or Amtrak and delivery costs £5.95.
Small Product Delivery (AM): Your DVD player will be delivered by Amtrak or Parcel Force before midday on a date of your choice. This will cost £7.95.
Small Product Delivery (All day Saturday): For £11.95, you can request that your DVD player is delivered on a Saturday. Deliveries are made 7am and 6pm.
Basic Free Delivery: If you use this service, your DVD player will take up to three times longer to arrive than it would if you were to use the other services but delivery is free. Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.

If you aren’t happy with your DVD player, you can return it, unopened, to any Comet store within 28 days of delivery and receive a full refund.
If you have opened your DVD player but want to return it, you can do so as long as you notify Comet that it will be returned within seven days of delivery. You can return it to any Comet store in the country for a full refund.
Faulty products should be returned to a Comet store, and a repair will be arranged.
