Buying a DVD Player from Currys – Deliveries and Postage Costs

• Currys can only deliver to UK addresses and can’t deliver to the Channel Islands.
• If you use Currys’ Standard Delivery Service, your DVD player will be delivered by courier or post and should arrive within five days. Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5pm. The delivery charge for your DVD player will be shown on the product description page on the Currys website.
• Currys also offers a Premium Delivery Service for a small extra charge and, if you use this, you’ll be able to specify a delivery date and time.
• You can track the progress of your item by logging into “My Account” section of Currys’ website.
• You will need to sign for your DVD player on delivery.

Buying a DVD Player from Currys – Returns and Refunds Policy

• If you aren’t happy with your DVD player, you can cancel your order within seven days of delivery. You will need to telephone, email or write to Currys or return your DVD player to a Currys store. If you choose to return it to a Currys store, make sure that you take your receipt with you, together with the card that you used when paying for it.
• You can only return your DVD player if you haven’t used it and you must also return any accessories that came with it. It must be returned in its original packaging.
• You can’t return an item to Currys if the goods were made to your specification.
• If your DVD player is damaged when it arrives or it develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, Currys will offer to repair it, exchange it or give you a refund.
• If your DVD player develops a fault between 28 days and one year of delivery, Currys will offer to repair it for you.
