• If you decide that you don’t want your DVD player, you can cancel your order within seven days of delivery by notifying Digital Direct by letter or email. State your customer account number, sale number and reason for cancellation. Telephone calls are not accepted.
• You should return your DVD player in its original box and packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods undamaged. Accessories should also be returned or an administration fee of £25 will be applied together with a replacement charge from the manufacturer.
