Buying a DVD Player from Dixons – Deliveries and Postage Costs

• Dixons can only deliver goods to UK addresses, (excluding the Channel Islands).
• Small items, such as DVD players, are delivered by Royal Mail or courier on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5pm and must be signed for.
• If your DVD player is being delivered by courier, it should arrive within 5 working days but if you live on the Scottish Islands or in a remote area, it may take longer to arrive.
• Delivery charges for each item are given in the product description on the Dixons website
• A Premium Delivery Service is also available for an extra charge, and if you use this, your DVD player will be delivered on a date and at a time specified by you.
• You should retain your receipt in case you need to return the item.
• You can track the progress of your item(s) by logging into the “My Account” section of the Dixons website.

Buying a DVD Player from Dixons – Returns and Refunds Policy

• If you decide that you don’t want your DVD player when it arrives, you can cancel your order within seven days of delivery. You will need to telephone or email Dixons to arrange for your DVD player to be collected.
• If you want to return your DVD player, it must be in an “as new” condition, unused, and returned, together with any accessories that came with it, in its original packaging.
• If your DVD player was damaged when it arrived or develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, contact Dixons for a repair, exchange or replacement.
• If your DVD player develops a fault more than 28 days after delivery, but within one year, Dixons will usually offer to repair it. If it can’t be repaired, Dixons will offer you an exchange or a refund.
