Buying a DVD Player from Pixmania – Deliveries and Postage Costs

• Pixmania offers two delivery services: Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery.
• Standard Delivery takes 2 to 3 days and costs £6.50. This delivery service is undertaken by Parcel Force Worldwide.
• Next Day Delivery takes 24 hours if the order is taken before 1pm. The delivery is handled by DHL and costs £9.00.
• Upon receiving your DVD player, you will need to ensure that it has arrived in good condition. If it is damaged, make a note on the courier’s carriage notes and inform Pixmania within 48 hours.
• Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays.
• In the event of late deliveries, take up the issue with the courier (DHL and Parcel Force)
• All deliveries must be made to the account holder’s address for security reasons.
• Pixmania delivers to most countries in the world. However, orders for France and Germany must be made through their French and German sites respectively.

• Pixmania has a no-quibble money-back policy which means that if you aren’t happy with your DVD player, you can return it within 15 working days and receive a full refund. You must ensure that the DVD player is returned unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and together with any accessories that may have come with it.
• Pixmania asks that you pay for the return delivery costs and insurance. Once you have returned your DVD player, Pixmania will refund you within 30 days. If the product has been returned damaged or incomplete, Pixmania will either return the product to you and deduct the carriage charges from your account or deduct up to 15% from your refund.
